What this website does

This website helps affected residents send a noise complaint to Blackpool Council. It is a resident-led initiative and is not affiliated with Blackpool Council or South Pier.

Information used

When you submit the form, your name, email address, home address and description of how the noise affects you are used to create and send your complaint. The Council needs these details so it can treat the message as a complaint from an identifiable resident and contact you about it.

Who receives it

Your complaint is sent to the Council recipients shown on the form. A copy is sent to your own email address. The website's email delivery provider processes the message to deliver it.

What this website stores

This website does not save your name, email address, home address or complaint text in its database. It stores only one anonymous total showing how many complaint emails have been successfully accepted for delivery.

Email delivery records

The email provider may retain limited delivery records in accordance with its own service terms and retention practices. Blackpool Council will process the complaint under its own privacy arrangements after receiving it.

Bot protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated or abusive submissions. Cloudflare processes limited technical information to provide that security service.

Your choice

Submitting the form is voluntary. You can read and review the full complaint before sending it. Do not submit information that is inaccurate or does not reflect your own experience.
